“To achieve better call quality in LINE messenger, we contracted with TestDevLab. LINE’s VoIP team gained insights into areas needing improvement. Quantifying and measuring video call quality is very challenging. However, TestDevLab has extensive experience testing multimedia products. They provided a network simulator, localized teams, and skilled test engineers. TestDevLab also delivered insightful test result analysis.”

“The TestDevLab team has been tremendous for our Product & Engineering team here at Crew. Prior to TDL, our engineers were running through our entire test suite themselves. By leveraging TDL, we've increased our engineering bandwidth by close to 30% while maintaining our same quality standard. They were flexible in working around our initial engineering & QA processes, then later helped guide us to an even better QA process. Their bug reports are consistently detailed and actionable. They’re also strong and proactive communicators. They’ll even write UI and API automation when possible. TDL has greatly improved the way our entire organization is able to operate.”

“The testing team was instrumental in ensuring the seamless launch of our new streaming product. Their expertise in performance testing identified and resolved critical issues before they reached our users. We were particularly impressed with their ability to simulate high-traffic loads and identify potential bottlenecks. Thanks to their efforts, we've been able to deliver a top-notch streaming experience to our customers.”
