Instil

“Instil really came through with this training for our organization. After soft adoption and disjointed attempts by engineers to get onboarded and productive, Instil was able to effectively get engineers at all levels familiar with the effective use of Claude Code. The hands-on approach was widely recognized by our engineers as especially effective and engaging.”

“What really stood out about Instil was their pragmatism, and willingness to truly work with us hand-in-hand. They were always responsive to our feedback, aligned with how we wanted to work, and helped us improve the way we operated with our suppliers.”

“We were impressed with how well Instil integrated into the internal team's ways of working. This meant that they acted and behaved as a team of full time employees. Their technical ability shone through and the speed at which they ramped on the product challenges and tech stack, meant that they were effective quickly.”
