Bit by Bit Computer Consultants

“I find Bit by Bit is a wonderful company with an excellent balance of customer service orientation, engineering know-how, and creativity. I have learned there are many ways to solve IT problems and the team at Bit by Bit worked with me to find solutions that meet the needs of my organization in a way that is conducive to our actual needs.”

“Bit by Bit Computer Consultants has done a complete overhaul and assessment of our entire network. We’ve taken on a bunch of new projects to modernize all of our IT infrastructure, hardware, and software. They’ve guided us through every step of the way. They also provide us with a 24/7 help desk, which has been a phenomenal resource for all of our employees to have one place to contact for any IT issues.”

“We weren’t satisfied with the previous managed IT services we were using, so we left them and hired Bit by Bit. We measure their success by how IT is performing for our office. Right now, it’s performing better than it had been. We’ve seen improvements in their setup, speed, and issue handling. It’s been positive.”

“Their biggest strength is their flexibility.”

“They're willing to look at each customer differently based on what they do, which has been a big plus for us.”

“We’re now a reliable provider because Bit by Bit's help has prevented any downtime. We’ve only had one instance of losing connectivity, and their team proved capable enough to find a quick solution. Although it isn’t quantitative, working with them gives us peace of mind and benefits the company.”
